Xbox 'This Code Was Returned' Error - key returned error code

If you get 'this code was returned' error on your Xbox key where it says "This was returned. Contact the person who gave it to you.", this indicates a fault with the code. please contact our support team and provide screenshots of the error message when trying to activate the code. Make sure the key is visible in your screenshot.  We can then dispatch a replacement key for you.
