If you're having trouble with our Xbox Live 12 month instructions, or you find the page is hard to understand because of foreign language, please follow these precise instructions to solve the problem.
You must follow everything in the EXACT order for it to work properly.
- You must make sure you're already logged into your Xbox account on Xbox.com.
The most common cause of issues with activation is that the customer is not already logged into Xbox.com when they try to use the link!
First, Visit https://account.xbox.com/ and log in.
- Once you've logged in, now you can use our special activation link.
Visit the Autokey page and collect your code.
Underneith the code, you will see two text boxes. This is a special tool which will generate your special activation link.
You MUST use our special activation link, or the code will not work.
Example of what you will see:
Type the CD Key into the textbox as instructed, all uppercase including dashes.
Once you've typed the key, you will be presented with a special redemption link, like this:
Copy and paste the link that is shown in the 'Here is your redemption link' box into your browser and press go.
When you visit our special activation link, you will see a screen like this:
Even if the dialog is not displayed in English, simply click the green button and the key will be redeemed to your account:
- Ensure that you're already logged into Xbox.com before using our special activation link.
- ONLY use our special activation link. Entering the key manually into Xbox.com, or into your Xbox console, may not work.
- Our script generates the activation link as per the following format:
Activation of Xbox live subscription MUST BE DONE via this link:
Replace YOUR_KEY_HERE with your key on the above link. (all uppercase, INCLUDING dashes).
You will be able to redeem via this link.
- If you still have issues, you may have to do this:
Migrate your account to Country Brazil, any random address.
Log out and log back in, choose your Brazil address under billing: https://commerce.microsoft.com/PaymentHub/Profile
It should be on the top with a drop down option.
