If you're having trouble activating your key due to an error, please navigate to Autokey, then go to the collection page for your order.
Then, please press the 'Problem with your key?' button.
You will then be taken through our new intelligent 'complaint creation' system which will create a fault case with our support team.
As soon as you have completed the form, you'll get an email confirmation, and our staff will respond to you with your replacement key / refund within a matter of hours!
