Xbox One Account FAQ

Hello, thank you for purchasing an Xbox Live Account from us.  You may need some details clarified about how these work, and how to verify the account.

first of all, here is how the format works...

The account details given to you are seperated by a COMMA.  So If you received a key like this in auto key:

FOR EXAMPLE:
[e-mail],byfxdds3sy8,name,name,18:3:1984,[e-mail],97233183792,m:10096

The first login data is your xbox live account. the second one is the login details for the email recovery address, should you need it.

So in the example above, the username for the xbox account would be
[e-mail]   

and the password would be byfxdds3sy8

if you need to use the email recovery account to verify the account, you would use these details on the 163.com website:

[e-mail]  with password 97233183792

How To Use Your Xbox Account:

Firstly. please note that you can rest assured that this account is exclusive to you. Nobody else will have access to it except you.

To re-iterate, this account is only used by you. It is NOT shared with anyone else. You will also receive the email login details for the recovery account, so you will have 100% exclusive access to this account. Best of all, once you have downloaded the game, you can remove the account and carry on with your usual gamertag!



How to use XBOX ONE account: 

1. Switch on your XBOX ONE. 

• You are now on the HomePage. Select the icon (avatar icon) of your account on the top left. 

• A new window will pop-up, click on « Add a new » on the bottom left of the screen. 

• Insert the email address sent by seller • Insert the password sent by seller 

•You will see a new window « Check/Control your confidentiality/account », select « Next » 

• If you have a Kinect, click on « Start or be fast » 

• If you do not have a Kinect, click on « No restrictions”, the middle left choice.

• You will see your avatar, click on « Next » • Select your color, and click on « Next » The Xbox account was successfully added to your console! 

2. Add the account as the main account/my home xbox 

• Go back to the HomePage by pressing the XBOX button on the middle of your controller. • Press the button « Start » on your controller, then go to « Settings » In the left list, go to “My home Xbox” on the bottom of the list. 

•Click on « Make this my home xbox » (if a message says that your XBOX is already « My home xbox », go directly to the next step) 

Your XBOX is successfully saved as your Home Xbox!

3. Download the game 

• Go back to the HomePage by pressing the XBOX button on the middle of your controller.

• Go to  «Mygames&apps»  and go to the   «Games»  tab.   Then, go to the right of the screen to see the list “Ready to install”. Click on the game to install it. 

• The download starts, you can wait until it is completed. The game ordered is finally installed!

4. Delete the account 

• Go back to the HomePage by pressing the XBOX button on the middle of your controller.

• Press the button « Start » on your controller, then go to « Settings » On this new window, click on “Privacy & online safety”. - Select the middle choice, “Remove my xbox/Disconnect from this xbox” 

The Xbox account has been removed from your console!

Misc: 

• You can launch the game from your own xbox account and play as usual. 

• Please, do not play with the account, you need to download the game and remove the account to play with your own xbox account. 

• Keep your credentials if you want to download the game again in the future, you will just need to follow again this tutorial.

• You cannot share your account credentials to friends/family/etc. (the account will be banned by Microsoft and no refunds will be issued, we check manually each account and we see if accounts are shared). One account = one player 

• The account ordered is your account, you can change the password if you want to. You are the only owner of the account, and this account is sold only to you.

Please consider that, if you change the password, the guarantee and the assistance will not be available

If your recovery details end with 126.com you can simply go to 126.com  and log in with the email & password combination to verify the account.

If your recovery details end with 163.com you can simply go to http://mail.163.com  and log in with the email & password combination to verify the account.

How to Verify your microsoft account:

If you get a message asking to verify your account, you will need to verify it using the recovery account details.  First of all, enter your recovery email address in the field as shown below:

Then log into your recovery account at 126.com (or whatever the domain after the @ is) like this:

Once logged in you can find your recovery number and then verify your Microsoft Xbox account, like below:

Enter the code as shown:

Done! your account is now fully verified.
